Pre-School
Nurturing classes for kids 18 months – 4 years.
Tiny Tots
An intro to ballet and an opportunity to explore creative movement in class with your child.
Age: 3 years
Duration: 45 minutes
Pre-Ballet
The follow-up to Tiny Tots, this class offers older preschoolers more time to explore movement and practice play.
Age: 4 years
Duration: 60 minutes
Prerequisite: Dancers must be potty-trained
Little Leapers
A “Grown Up & Me” ballet class that builds connection and introduces little ones to the joy of movement and rhythm.
Age: 18 months to 3 years

Hip Hop Jr
An intro to hip hop that’s upbeat and fun for little ones who love to groove.

Ballet
Little Leapers Grown-up & Me
18 months – 3 years
Little Leapers Grown Up & Me Ballet is a special class that strengthens bonds between grown ups and their children. This class introduces children to a creative movement, pre-ballet exercises, pretend play, and spatial awareness within a relaxed classroom environment.
Dress code:
Children: Any coloured tights and bodysuits. Dance shoes and tutu skirts optional.
Adult: Comfortable clothing, socks or clean indoor shoes.
Pre-Ballet
Ages 3-4
This class introduces children to creative movement with pre-ballet exercises, pretend play, and spatial awareness within a relaxed classroom environment. It is geared to meet their cognitive, physical, social, and emotional developmental needs.
Prerequisites: Dancers must be potty-trained.
Dress code:
For girls: light pink sleeveless bodysuit, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, hair tied back in low bun if possible. Tutu skirts (not attached) optional.
For boys: black leggings or black shorts, white t-shirt, black ballet shoes.
Primary Ballet
Ages 5 – 6
This class focuses on primary level ballet, creative movement concepts, and pretend play with greater complexity using the Leap ‘N Learn curriculum. Students continue to learn French terminology of ballet terms. Exercises to increase musical awareness, balance, agility, and gross-motor development continue to be practiced.
Dress Code:
Girls: Sleeveless lavender bodysuit, pink ballet tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in low bun, skirts optional.
Boys: White tshirt, black leggings, black ballet shoes.
Ballet 1
Ages 7 – 9
This class transitions young dancers into the study of classical Ballet. The structure is formatted similar to a traditional ballet class, yet meets the developmental needs of children in this age range by combining formal technique training with creative movement. At this level, young dancers begin training at the barre for the first time with a focus on correct posture, basic positions, and fundamental movements.

Ballet 2
Ages 9 – 12
This beginner-level ballet class introduces students ages 9 to 12 to the foundations of classical ballet through the Vaganova method—a structured and progressive training system that builds strength, coordination, and musicality. Students will learn correct posture, basic positions, and fundamental movements at the barre and in the centre. Ideal for students new to ballet or transitioning into formal training, this class lays the groundwork for continued growth in a classical technique

Ballet 3
Ages 12 – 17 intermediate
This class is an intermediate Ballet class for ages 12 to 17 with continued training in the Vaganova method. Students will have both barre and center work, as this class will encourage precision, agility, and fluidity of movement. Ideal for students looking to continue their ballet knowledge and technique.

Ballet 4
Ages 12 – 17 intermediate-advanced
Ballet is the foundation for almost every dance discipline. It focuses on balance, poise, technique, control, and strength. Ideal for students looking to continue their ballet knowledge and technique at an intermediate level. Students will have both barre and center work, as this class will encourage precision, agility, and fluidity of movement.

Ballet 5
Ages 13 – 17 advanced
This classical ballet class follows the Vaganova method, a structured and progressive training system developed in Russia. Dancers will progress through barre and centre work designed to develop expressive port de bras, strong pointe readiness, and fluid movement. Ideal for students seeking disciplined, formal ballet training with an emphasis on long-term development and performance quality.
Dress code: Black Ballet bodysuit, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, hair in low ballet bun. Skirts optional.

Ballet Adult
Ages 18+
Open-level Adult Ballet covers barre work, work at centre, and some variations.
An excellent workout for all adults of various levels.
Dress code: Comfortable clothing or tights and bodysuits. Ballet slippers or socks. Skirts optional.

Ages 7 – 9
This is a beginner level class that will teach graceful, emotive discipline movements that draw heavily on Ballet and Jazz. Lyrical is set to music with meaningful lyrics, this style emphasises fluidity, grace, and storytelling. Dancers connect movement with feeling in a deeply expressive way.

Ages 9 – 12

Lyrical 3
Ages 9 – 12

Hip Hop jr
Ages 3 – 4
The introduction to hiphop class is designed especially for 3-4 year olds, and teaches students how to isolate different parts of the body, improve rhythm and musicality, as well as learn various Hip Hop combinations. This class also teaches self-control, and how to work as a team.
Dress Code: Comfortable clothing such as sweatpants or leggings, tshirt (no crop tops please), and clean non-marking indoor sneakers.

This is an open level class for adults that focuses on the fundamental and foundation of Hip Hop movements. Learn how to groove to the music, followed by an intermediate level of dance choreography.

Tap is a high-energy rhythmic style that focuses on footwork, timing, coordination, and precision.

This is an intermediate level Jazz class that continues building upon already established foundations of Jazz technique. Dancers will work on flexibility, coordination, and musicality through structured warm-ups, across-the-floor exercises, and choreography.

**This is an intermediate level class. The teacher reserves the right to move a student to Jazz 2 (beginner) if they feel they are not levelled appropriately.**

Jazz/Tap Combo introduces Primary students to these two complementary high-energy disciplines. They will spend time learning the basics of both Jazz and Tap and create dances where the two styles will be combined.

Tap Beginner

Contemporary 2
9 – 17 Intermediate/Advanced

House is a social street dance that has roots in the 70s & 80s underground house music scene. It’s characterized by intricate footwork and an emphasis on rhythm.

Pilates is a low‑impact, strength‑based workout that focuses on controlled movement, breath, and precise alignment. It builds deep core stability, improves posture, and enhances overall mobility and balance. Acro Dance (Acro) is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. This class focuses on cardio, wrist and shoulder strength and stability, handstands, bridges, limbering, tumbling, partner work, flexibility, and stability. This is a beginner class for any student ages 6-10, or any student who has minimal experience in Acro/Cheer/or Gymnastics.
Dress code: black bodysuit and black shorts and bare feet.

This class creates a dance experience that nurtures both the spirit and the body. Creative Worship is a class designed to build a Christ-centered dance community, where we connect deeply with God and one another. Open to all levels, this class encourages participants to grow spiritually and artistically in a supportive and uplifting environment.
This is a community class, so tuition is reduced.
Stepdance
This traditional discipline has Celtic roots and focuses almost exclusively on percussive footwork.
Step Dance (11 – 17 years)

Summer Camps
Give your child the joy of movement this summer (and give yourself a break!) We offer half-day and full-day camps for kids and teens.
Dress Code
All classes require certain attire. Please ensure you purchase the correct shoes and apparel before the term begins. We offer limited shoe rentals for $2 per class but suggest everyone invest in their own pair.
Please refrain from wearing necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and denim. Small studs are fine.
